Methodology of the PER course

Our course will allow you to prepare for the exam in a simple and efficient way. You have total flexibility to attend the classes, either online, face-to-face or hybrid. On our partner nautical school's platform you will be able to access the course content from minute one. And as the classes are taken, they will be posted on the platform. You will also have the opportunity to become fluent and confident in handling a motor boat, as the course also has a fairly extensive practical part, including the practical use of nautical charts, the daily use of nautical nomenclature, sailor knots, basic safety practices, etc.

Our collaborating nautical school has a fleet of 4 pleasure boats on the Valencian coast, of different types and sizes to ensure that you can do all the necessary practices so that you feel comfortable and safe when sailing on your own in the near future. We have a fleet of boats available in Valencia, Madrid, Alicante, Oropesa or Denia to course the practical part of the course.

  • Access to all course content online through the platform from 48 to 72 hours after registration.

The price includes per occupant

  • Motor practice (16 hours spread over a weekend: 8 hours on Saturday and 8 hours on Sunday).
  • Radio practice (8 hours can be done on weekdays or weekends).
  • A complete suitcase as a gift and access to the virtual classroom from the moment of enrolment.
  • It includes the theory and compulsory practices of the course.

The price does not include

  • OPTIONAL: Balearic Islands practice (24 hours of uninterrupted sailing, leaving late on Friday and returning late on Saturday or leaving late on Saturday and returning late on Sunday).
  • OPTIONAL: Practice Sailing + Balearic Islands (48 hours of uninterrupted sailing, leaving on Friday afternoon and returning on Sunday afternoon).
