12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These General Terms of Use, as well as the use of the Web Space, will be governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any disputes, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the social headquarters of the Web Space's responsible party.

In the event that any provision of these General Terms of Use is unenforceable or null under applicable law or as a result of a judicial or administrative ruling, such unenforceability or nullity will not make the entire General Terms of Use unenforceable or void.
